Corrections policy
We correct errors on the page where they appeared. If you believe something on repgalaxy.tips is wrong — a measurement, a price, an agent timeline, a batch note — email editorial@repgalaxy.tips with the page URL and the specific claim, plus any photos or order records that support your point.
We check the relevant category measurements, order dates and batch record. Confirmed factual errors are fixed in place and flagged with a dated correction note at the foot of the review, stating what changed and why. Substantial score changes are explained in a dated revision note on the review.
Complaints about a seller's conduct are noted but do not by themselves change a score, because scores describe the item we received and measured.
A correction that changes a rating states the previous score, revised score and reason, and updates the affected comparison table. A changed product or service is labelled as a new observation rather than being presented as an error in the earlier record.
